Do females qualify for the scholarship?

Do non-Liberian citizens qualify?
No, only Liberian citizens attending recognized schools in Liberia are eligible.
Do college/university students qualify?
Our focus is on grades 5-12, but we sometimes consider college students, though it’s not guaranteed.
